Kids Classes
Welcome to our kids yoga classes! These classes are designed to introduce children to the world of yoga in a fun and engaging way. Through various asanas, pranayama, meditation practices, as well as games, children will learn to connect with their bodies and minds, while developing new strength, flexibility, and balance. Join us for a trial class and watch your child's confidence and creativity soar!

We are excited to offer personalized yoga sessions tailored to your child's specific needs. Whether their dealing with a chronic condition or simply looking to improve their overall wellness, we will work with you to create a customized plan that helps you achieve your long term health goals. Kids Yoga Summer Camp 2025!
We will be offering our annual camp from Monday, July 7th through July 18th from 9:00am to 12:00pm. (We are awaiting a minimum of 8
enrollments before these classes take place.) If interested, navigate

Fees: $199 for 1 week and $385 for 2 weeks

May 15th Early Bird Discount: $179 for 1 week and $358 for 2 weeks

This summer we are inviting children from ages 6 to 14 in exploring yoga practices, mindfulness and yogic philosophy through a range of activities such as movements, breathing practices, shloka and mantra chanting and more!
Our curriculum will include:

Dynamic movements and Yogasanas to help build the mind and body. We strive to increase mental and physical flexibility.

Pranayama and Meditation practices that engage the breath.

Environmental awareness through gardening concepts using seeds, sprouting, etc.

Ayurveda and its impact on promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Relaxation and chanting based meditation.

Learning through stories and games.

Bhagwat Gita shloka chanting.
