Adult Classes
We offer (2) types of yoga classes for adults:

Wellness Classes: We will go over a series of yoga asanas, breathing and pranayama to help manage disease, stress and weight. It's important to note that these classes will be open to both kids and adults regardless of their individual backgrounds.

Therapy Classes: We focus on your specific conditions and create a personalized plan according to your specific needs.
